    Love these adventures that go so wrong, but turn out to be better than expected.

    Have a look at the corrections. Iā€™ve marked it using the writing code.

    > We would have seen wild whales – this is a conditional phrase and the meaning is we were planning to see whales, but we didn’t. In this case, you have to use this form:

    we were going to see wild whales

    this form shows that something was about to happen
